Unopened Returns
Changed your mind? We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you — no return required.
