Complimentary Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional charges apply at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at jessy@oceite.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
